BODY BRAID SYSTEM VIDEOS
These three videos show how to add the extension straps for wrapping down to your feet - allowing you to wear your Body Braid for any activity. The first video is for you to decide which of the two options gives you the most supportive comfort. Then follow the corresponding video - Front Cross or No Front Cross.
It helps to have a small piece of soft, fuzzy Velcro loop bar to cover the scratchy hook bar when the Velcro ends are disconnected. This prevents the scratchy Velcro from snagging on the straps or anything else it touches.
