Return & Exchange Policy

Effective Date: June 1, 2025

We want you to love your purchase! If you’re not completely satisfied, we accept returns within 100 days of your order date—this includes 90 days for you to assess the product and 10 days to account for processing and shipping.


How to Start a Return or Exchange

To begin the return or exchange process, please get in touch with us at info@bodybraid.com. You’ll be asked to complete a short form to help us understand your experience and improve our product.

Once the survey is complete, we’ll send you a prepaid return shipping label


Return Policy

If you’d like to return your item for a refund:

  • Items must be in new or like-new condition.
  • Returns must be postmarked within 100 days of your order date.
  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method once the item is received and inspected.
  • $25 will be subtracted from your total refund amount. For example, if your returned item originally cost $100, your refund would be $75 ($100 - $25 = $75).
    • The $25 covers approximately 20% of our shipping, return item inspection, and restocking expenses.
  • Depending on your payment provider, please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to show on your account statement.

Exchange Policy

If you'd prefer to exchange your item for a different size, the process is the same, except:

  • Instead of a refund, you’ll receive store credit that you can use to place a new order in your desired size.
  • Store credit will be issued once the returned item is received and confirmed to be in new or like-new condition.
  • $10 will be subtracted from the total amount credited. For example, if the price of your item is $100, your credit would be $90 ($100 - $10 = $90).
    • The $10 covers less than 15% of our shipping, return item inspection, and restocking expenses.
  • Store credit will be issued once the returned item is received and confirmed to be in new or like-new condition.

How to Use the Prepaid Return Shipping Label

  • Print the Label and Packing Slip
  • Package the item(s) for shipping. (Don’t forget to include the Packing Slip!)
  • Cut out the Label and tape it to the box or envelope.
  • Drop off the package at the appropriate location:
    • Canada Post, USPS: Drop off at a post office
    • FedEx, UPS: Drop off at a FedEx/UPS pickup point or store
