We want you to love your purchase! If you’re not completely satisfied, we accept returns that are mailed back within 90 days of delivery.
If you’re unsure about your product, you can book a Zoom consultation with our Education Team before returning/exchanging. This free service ensures you get the best support possible for your needs. You can use this link to book a session.
How to Start a Return or Exchange
To begin the return or exchange process, please fill out this form to help us create the return label, understand your experience, and improve our product. If you are requesting an exchange, please carefully list what item(s) you are returning, and what item(s) you want in exchange.
Once the form is complete, we’ll send you a prepaid return shipping label. Once your return is in the mail, email us at info@bodybraid.com to expedite your refund or exchange.
Return Policy
If you’d like to return your item for a refund:
- Items must be in new or like-new condition.
- Returns must be mailed within 90 days of the delivery date.
- Refunds will be issued to your original payment method once the item is received and inspected.

$25 CAD will be subtracted from your total refund amount. For example, if your returned item originally cost $100, your refund would be $75 ($100 - $25 = $75).
- The $25 covers approximately 20% of our shipping, return item inspection, and restocking expenses.

Depending on your payment provider, please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to show on your account statement.
Exchange Policy
If you'd prefer to exchange your item for a different size, your replacement will be sent once your returning item is in the mail. You can email us at info@bodybraid.com to expedite this process. We will then mail out the new item, as indicated in the return/exchange form, to the shipping address submitted on the form.
How to Use the Prepaid Return Shipping Label
- Print the Label and Packing Slip

Package the item(s) for shipping. (Don’t forget to include the Packing Slip!)
- Cut out the Label and tape it to the box or envelope.

Drop off the package at the appropriate location:
- Canada Post, USPS: Drop off at a post office
- FedEx, UPS: Drop off at a FedEx/UPS pickup point or store
