Full Body Braid System = Core + Extension Straps + Arm Braid

Small size Core Braid - This version of the Core Braid is sewn to fit better for small and narrow shoulders - for people weighing 95 - 120 pounds ( 45 - 55 Kgs )

The Full Body Braid System package includes the Core Body Braid, a pair each of Short and Long Extension Straps to wrap down the legs and the Arm Braid.

This Extra Support version gives extra support by double black and white bands for the Extension Straps. This also has gives more support for knees and ankles.

If you prefer the leg straps to be lighter and less bulky than change to the Light version.

Using the Core Body Braid is simple and easy to use for sitting, and this is an important foundation in training the alignment of your body's core. The Core Braid can also be wrapped around the upper thigh to wear it for any activity.

Adding the extension straps gives more options for wrapping and adds support for the knees and ankles. It also adds complexity that takes time and practice to learn. Once your hands learn the technique, it can become as familiar as tying shoelaces.

The Core Braid and Extension Straps are one size for everyone weighing between 100 to 350 pounds (45 to 160 Kgs.)

Marking the size above is only for the Arm Braid.

The Arm Braid comes in five sizes. If you seem between sizes, better to order the larger size.
