This is the same product as our Body Braid System Extra Support but with some cosmetic flaws in the band material. It still functions the same as the regular System.

Body Braid System = Core + Extension Straps

The Body Braid System package includes the Core Body Braid, and a pair each of Short and Long Extension Straps to wrap down the legs.

This Extra Support give extra support by double black and white bands for the lower Core Braid and for the Extension Straps. This also gives more support for knees and ankles.
In comparison, the Light is lighter and less bulky using a single black band for the lower Core Braid and Extension Straps.

Adding extension straps to the Core Body Braid allows for wrapping down the leg to wear the braid for walking and any other activity - including walking, sports, dance and yoga. The Body Braid System includes a Core Body Braid, a pair of Short Extension Straps and a pair of Long Extension Straps. Using the Core Body Braid is simple and easy to use for sitting, and this is an important foundation in training the alignment of your body's core. Adding the extension straps also adds complexity that takes time and practice to learn. Once your hands learn the technique, it can become as familiar as tying shoelaces.

ONE SIZE - The Body Braid System is designed to be very adjustable to fit the wide range of body shapes and sizes, as well as for a variety of ways of using it. The one-size Body Braid System is adjustable for people weighing between 100 pounds/45 Kgs to 350 pounds/160 Kgs.
